Will and Ryan have done an excellent job from start to finish and we’re so pleased with the result. The new stove looks amazing especially sat on the curved slate hearth accompanying it. Just what you hope for Requested quotes from a few firms Will was the first to come back, after a brief house visit we had a comprehensive quote, lead times for fire and an idea on install dates. Will and Ryan turned up on the exact day and time agreed, super tidy and super professional. Ryan decided to make a few tweaks on fire position (he was right) which required more parts that Will didn’t charge us for (I did ask).

It’s very tricky finding honest, decent installers. We wouldn’t use anyone else now and would recommend them to anyone that’s wants it done to the highest standard

Have been dealing with William Law and team for 8+ years. They have installed 2 multi burner stoves (log burners) into our thatched property as well as swept our chimneys twice annually (giving both the once over each and every time), even cleaned the glass front! Professional, reliable (always kept every appointment), and have always cleaned up after completion of works. I have no hesitation in recommending Home Fires as our experience has been 1st class!

From the initial home visit through to the install and final certification the service I received was outstanding. The cost was extremely competitive and even though we needed additional work to the chimney before the burner could be installed the process was done in a timely manner. The knowledge Will and his team have is second to none and I felt at all times confident with what was happening.
