Outstanding service and commitment to excellence Will and Ryan went so far above and beyond the expected “call of duty” to resolve a problem that had arisen through no fault of their own. We fully expected them to say there was nothing they could do to resolve the situation – but they thought long and hard and came up with a workable solution. This led to them working late into the evening but they got it sorted and the result is a beautifully fitted sauna log fire. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Just what you hope for Requested quotes from a few firms Will was the first to come back, after a brief house visit we had a comprehensive quote, lead times for fire and an idea on install dates. Will and Ryan turned up on the exact day and time agreed, super tidy and super professional. Ryan decided to make a few tweaks on fire position (he was right) which required more parts that Will didn’t charge us for (I did ask).

It’s very tricky finding honest, decent installers. We wouldn’t use anyone else now and would recommend them to anyone that’s wants it done to the highest standard

They have installed 2 multi burner stoves (log burners) into our thatched property as well as swept our chimneys twice annually (giving both the once over each and every time), even cleaned the glass front!
